MOGSouth 2025 Fall Meet
September 25-28, 2025
Hotel is just outside Asheville, NC. We will take a drive up the mountains on a twisty road, cruise the Blue Ridge Parkway for a bit, hold an auction of Morgan Items from the late Glenn Moore donated by Dorothy Moore, have a dinner together and attend as a group Autumn In The Mountains Car Show.
There is no charge for the weekend but please register via the button below so I know who is coming.

Pre Meet Event
Wheels Through Time
Thursday Sept 25
For those arriving before the offical Thursday evening start, I will lead a drive to Wheels Through Time and we will have a stop for lunch. Group dinner at Stone Face Tavern not far from the hotel after everyone checks in.
Drive up to part of the Blue Ridge Parkway
Dinner at Sierra Nevada Brewery
Friday, September 26
While a big part of the parkway in the area remains closed, there is a nice section of it open. We will drive up to it on Hwy 151 which is an adventure in itself as it winds through the Pisgah Forest. We will take some photos at scenic overlook, have lunch and head back to the hotel. Dinner at Sierra Nevada Brewery that night on their back porch.
Autumn In The Mountains
Saturday, September 27
Western North Carolina’s premier British & European Car Show. This will be it’s 25th year. Held on the grounds of the Mills River Brewing Company.
Registration is now open via the button below.
Silent Auction of Morgan Items from Glenn Moore
Starts Thursday & Ends Saturday after the show.
Dorothy Moore is donating many items such as some very nice men’s clothes with Morgan Insignia, art, books, knick-knacks, tools, leather car bags etc. Proceeds will benefit MOG South.

- You can arrive and check in on any of these days. Official check in is Thursday Sept 25.
- Wednesday Sept 24
- I will check in this day.
- 5PM Noggin and registration in the hotel bar
- 6PM Dinner for those who wish to join me. Or dinner on your own.
- Noggin in the hotel bar.
- Thursday Sept 25
- 9AM. Pre meet drive to Wheels Through Time and lunch for those arriving early.
- Lunch at The Red Fox Mountain Tavern in Waynesville after visiting Wheels Through Time.
- Official Check In Day.
- 4PM Silent Auction of items donated by Dorothy Moore beings in the Noggin Room
- 4-6PM. Noggin Room check in and gathering.
- 6 PM. We have a reservation at Stone Face Tavern about 1 mile from the hotel. This is optional.
- Noggin in the hotel bar and Noggin Room
- Friday September 26
- Silent Auction Items in the Noggin Room for viewing and bidding.
- 9:30. Drive and lunch at The Rocky Face Tavern.
- 5:30 PM. We will have noggin and dinner together at Sierra Nevada Brewery. Paul will leave hotel at 5PM but you are welcome to come later.
- Noggin in the hotel bar and Noggin Room.
- Saturday September 27
- Autumn In The Mountains. 9-2:30. Paul will leave the hotel at 8AM but you can come later. Just be there by 9AM.
- 4PM. Silent Auction ends, winning bids announced. In the Noggin Room.
- Dinner on Your Own but I’ll suggest a place.
- Noggin in the hotel bar and Noggin Room.
