A short, albeit older (Circa 1982), film about Bill Fink (the Honored Guest at the MOGSouth Fortieth Anniversary Meet in Aiken, SC in 2015). (FYI – The cream and burgundy car seen at 0:51 – 1:00 is Braunstein’s ’81 4/4.) It has some great shots of his SLR and racing the car on the track. Enjoy, Mark
[A relatively recent (2017) video of the MMC Factory Tour. Although I have been through the factory three times, it never ceases to amaze me. The tour always changes as the factory evolves and, each time I visit or see a video, I see things I haven’t seen before. Things that I saw this time included – the stacks of metal body panels, obviously out-sourced and purchased in quantity, versus the fabrication in-house – Quite a few cars in work. Business must be good! – Lots of pictures of the new S5 Aero 8 with the front opening ‘boot’. Some odd colors however – A new bonnet paint jig – M3Ws with the inboard or narrow set headlights. Enjoy. Mark]
This is the result of the restoration video I posted earlier. This video is brand new (15 July 2107) so I have to assume that the restoration was recently completed. Cheers, Mark
For those of you that like this sort of thing. The complete car restoration in a few minutes. The amount of work (not to mention the costs) that goes into a job like this is tremendous. Mark
Not sure how long this video will be available. It will ask you to view in YouTube, so you will have to click the link provided. If it doesn’t appear then it has most likely been removed by the owner. (WJBF News Channel – 6 Augusta GA) You will recognize a few MOGSouth members – Joe Speetjens, Lance & Connie Lipscomb, Mark Braunstein, and Greame Addie. Enjoy while you can! Mark
(I recently posted the picture compilation, created by Diana Gibson, of our Morgan Three Wheeler Convention in Augusta GA and it was mentioned on the news update from Just British. Just British included this video of MOGSouth member Fred Sisson talking about his 1938 F Type vintage racer. Fred was in Augusta with the car, and the car was selected as the ‘People’s Choice Awardee’ at our show. Neat stuff!!! Mark)
